Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Below is our returns and refund policy:


We have a 5 calendar day return policy to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt, your order number for online purchases or proof of purchase.

Should the item be out of stock at the time, the customer will be asked to choose a similar item or wait until we receive stock.

To start a return, you can contact us via writing at or via Whatsapp on +27 60 768 4971. If your return is accepted, we will arrange for the collection of the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions for returns / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, and these are: stoppers and pourers (unless you receive defective items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, promotions or gift cards.


We will not allow exchanges for change of mind or incorrect variant (colour, gemstone, crystal, silver or gold plating) chosen. Please check the variant and attribute before making a purchase. Kindly note that due to the raw and natural nature of our product(s), the shape, colour patterns and size may vary per item in each collection and/or range. Exchanges will only be accepted when you received an incorrect item or when the item is defective.

We do not exchange items damaged due to misuse, carlessness, bad care (please see our care instructions here: xxxx) or normal wear and tear and aging. We will only exchange items with factory faults reported within 5 days of purchase.

Cancellation of orders

Paid orders can be cancelled within 48 hours and the customer will be refunded. A 15% handling fee will be deducted.


Should you receive an item with a factory fault or any defect, and do not wish to exchange it, you will be refunded. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item, was approved or not. 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your account via EFT on your bank account. Please include your bank details when requesting a refund in writing via email or Whatsapp as detailed above.  Allow 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exceptions for refunds / non-refundable items

Please note that we will not process refunds for orders that are lost or delayed by the courier service. We will send refurbishment stock if necessary. 

We will not process refunds for incorrect purchases or change of mind.

Shipping fees will not be refunded.

Gifting – In the event that an item was bought as a gift and the receiver is not happy with the item, they will be asked to choose a different product with the same price. We will not process any refunds in this case. Requests for exchange must be done in writing within 5 business days of receipt.
