Shipping Policy
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
We only ship within South Africa, unless arranged with Four One Wine.
We use reputable South African third party couriers to get your Four One Wine barware delivered quickly to your door.
All deliveries are sent with registered couriers and must be signed for at time of delivery.
By signing the delivery form, you acknowledge the receipt of the items ordered and that the quantity is correct. Under some special circumstances, courier deliveries may be replaced by South African Post.
Cancellations or Changes
The delivery address cannot be changed once order(s) has been shipped.
If the delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure someone is home to receive the goods. If not, we recommend using an alternative delivery address, like your work address.
If you are not home at the time of delivery, additional delivery charges may apply.Fggnm MN
Order cannot be cancelled once order has been shipped. Delivery charges are determined by packing size, weight and delivery location.
Risk and Liability
We shall not be held liable for package loss due if the customer entered their delivery address incorrectly. Every parcel that leaves our office has a tracking number which we can use to track the progress of that parcel effortlessly. When a parcel is booked out with our couriers, our system automatically updates your order with your tracking number and notifies you either by email or SMS.
Risk in the products shall pass to you or your authorized representative on delivery.
Shipping times
Shipping times do vary slightly depending on your delivery address. We typically deliver within 3-7 days anywhere in South Africa, but occasionally parcels may have slightly longer delivery times because your location is in an outlying area.
